1. INFORMATION REQUIRED

Please be sure to include your complete details: Contact name, E-mail/website, Tel/Fax (include your country code), company name/address etc.

Please indicate the exact model numbers, model descriptions, order quantities, target prices, and other   requirements. Please type or print order clearly.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders, pricing, delivery dates are subject to acceptance and confirmation by both our factory and customers. We reserve the right to accept or reject any job. Accepted orders subsequently cancelled may be subject to a cancellation charge to compensate for costs incurred on work accomplished to time of cancellation. Modifications and/or changes to proposed items may increase or decrease price to Purchaser. Acceptance of modifications and/or changes will be mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of work requested. Purchaser agrees to meet all commitments including payment of invoices according to proposed terms, any reasonable service charges and collection costs associated with collecting the account should it become past due.

3. PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the official PO, delivery time after order has been processed depends on the payment term, shipment method and your country's Customs.

4. PACKAGING

Normal packaging is bulk secure packaging, each keyboard/keypad/pointing device to a suitable brown inner box, then suitable brown inner boxes to a standard export carton. Special packaging is available at an additional charge.

5. DELIVERY

Our regular delivery time is 2-3 weeks upon receipt of the official PO. The actual lead-time will be subject to the specific model numbers, order qnties, payment terms as well as some special requirements from customers. Key-tek shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods occasioned by causes beyond our control. Goods are carefully and strictly inspected prior to leaving our plant in good condition.

6. SHIPPING AND SHIPPING LABLES/MARKS

Our price term based on FOB ShenZhen, DongGuan or HK, but we can obtain the best possible shipping rates with our contracted forwarders/shipping companies to save the cost and time for our esteemed customers via a very feasible and reliable analysis and negotiation.
